Men charged for murder of Questelles resident
Three men have been charged in relation to the murder of Carson Warner.
Phil Dover, 32, Dwayne Walker,40, and Rayl Bowens, 25 were charged that they did on August 25, with malice aforethought, cause the death of Carson Warner of Questelles, by an unlawful act.
The men were brought to the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court this afternoon, and the matter was adjourned to September 3, when the Serious Offences Court will resume.
A date will be given for the start of a preliminary inquiry into the evidence in the matter.
Police discovered the Warner’s body on August 25 at about 8:30 p.m. in an area called Layou Hole. The body was found with chop wounds to the head, right hand and other parts of his body.
