One woman shot dead, another injured

Gunshots rang out at Diamond in the wee hours yesterday morning and in its wake left one woman dead.

Reports are that 55-year-old Eula Cordice, a farmer of Barrouallie was shot dead around 12.30 am on Valentine’s Day.

During the same incident, there was an attempt on the life of Jennie King. King was injured and is said to be in a stable condition.

 The police say they are conducting investigations into the incident.
