How to get rid of Strawberry legs
Do you see black spots or dots and texture on your legs? It is probably strawberry legs! The name itself depicts the strawberry skin texture and can be a result of shaving and/or ingrown hair. Regular exfoliation and moisturization can help treat this. Below are a few remedies you might want to try.
SEA SALT SCRUB – In a bowl, add 1/ 2 cup fine sea salt and enough jojoba oil to make a paste.
To use, dampen your legs with hot/warm water and scrub gently using this prepared scrub.
Shower as usual and moisturize. Use 3 times a week at least.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TONER – In a spray bottle, add 1/ 4 cup rose water and 1/ 4 cup
organic unrefined apple cider vinegar. Shake well. Saturate a cotton pad with this solution and swipe it across your skin. Let it air dry, do not rinse it off. Use everyday after shower.
COFFEE SCRUB – In a bowl, add 1/ 2 cup coffee grounds and enough coconut oil to make a paste. To use, dampen your legs with hot/warm water and scrub gently using this prepared scrub.
Shower as usual and moisturize. Use 3 times a week at least.
BAKING SODA – In a bowl, add baking soda and enough honey to make a paste. Add in few drops lemon juice and mix well. Use this as a leg scrub every time you shower.
