Duo on bail for gun
Two men who were jointly charged with gun possession were each granted bail on Monday at the Serious Offences Court.{{more}}
Andre Adams, 42, mechanic, of Dauphine, was granted bail in the sum of $13,000, and Domando Quow, 22, of Largo Heights, $10,000, after they both pleaded not guilty to possession of one 12-gauge magnum shotgun on August 17 at Dauphine.
A second charge was slapped against Adams for unlawful discharge of a firearm at the Dauphine public road.
Quow was ordered to report to the Central Police Station twice a week, while Adams is to report to the Calliaqua Police Station once a week.
Veteran lawyer Arthur Williams is representing both accused. The matter was adjourned to October 10 for hearing.
