Baker suffers bullet wound

A 32-year-old man of Chauncey was confined to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital last Friday night after he was shot.

Daniel Baker, a father of three was nearing his home approximately 9 o’clock when he received a bullet to his left side.

Relatives told SEARCHLIGHT that five bullets were fired at Baker but luckily for him most of them missed. The police are investigating the matter.
