Impovements to Arnos Vale Inevitable
Even if the International Cricket Councilâs (ICC) Cricket World Cup was not to be held in the Caribbean from March 2007, the Arnos Vale Playing Field had to be upgraded. And the measures being implemented to secure the compound would have been needed in any case. {{more}}

Diversion of the river, which has provided more space for construction of a double decker stand, work on a Media Centre, Playersâ pavilion, as well as sea-defences form part of the refurbishing exercise.
