Ralph Irvine Clarke of Queenâs Drive
25-7-1934 â 25-9-2014
We would like to thank the many persons who prayed, telephoned, visited, sent flowers or in any other ways touched our lives during his illness and our bereavement.
Lovingly remembered by his wife, children, grand-children, cousins, sisters and brothers, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
May you continue to rest safely in your mansion in glory
SONG COMPOSED BY RALPH IRVINE CLARKE
I was going down a narrow highway,
There was so many rivers to cross,
And I know he will be waiting for me,
On the other side of the hill.
I am going to see Jesusâ face,
When that day comes Iâll be there,
What a day of rejoicing it will be,
When the time comes Iâll be free.
Thereâs nothing my God canât do,
He removes the darkest clouds from you,
And lets that light shine through,
I know it because itâs true.
He gave me a coat that I could not afford,
It is as white as white as snow,
It can be seen wherever I go,
As white as white as snow.
My life is just a span,
So Iâll do the best I can,
The only gift Iâll endure,
Is to love my Jesus more, Is to love him more and more.
